Provides management consulting services for both the public and private sectors. She has assisted several governments and organizations in building trust and developing strategic relationships, leading to increased support for the Yemeni government. She led a team to help resolve the Safer ship crisis and developed a strategic plan for modernizing the civil service in Yemen. She has the ability to analyze opportunities and propose solutions for sustainable economic and social welfare. She has worked as a Deputy Minister and Advisor in the Ministry of Tourism and Culture. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration with honors from Cairo University.
